For those who can't get the alpha to boot :
- Boot into recovery mode
- Go to "mounts and storage"
- Wipe /system
- Wipe /data
- Wipe /cache
- Go back
- Flash the alpha
- Flash the alpha AGAIN
- Reboot

Here is the link to development build. You have to flash them using Heimdall - THESE ARE ONLY FOR EXPERIENCED USERS OR DEVELOPERS : They don't contains a fully-working CWM, and need a full /system wipe.

Good news everyone. The project isn't dead ! Some awsome dev are still working on this.
On a side note, CM and AOSP team has disbanded, so we have 2 projects based on ICS sources for SGS2.
